It is a lovely heritage neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and is close to Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, Central down town & Eden Park .

Enjoy a resort style stay in this centrally located property. Newly built and styled, this studio is separate from the main house and comes with shared use of ultra deep salt water pool (not heated). Featuring a king sized bed with Citta bedding, Country Road bath towels, drinks fridge, tea and coffee plunger. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five minute walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to Queen street. The bus to Britomart is a six minute walk away.

Nestled in amongst our garden and overlooking a peaceful nature reserve it’s the perfect place for your time in Auckland. Completely private with your own access, expect a super comfortable queen sized bed, a large bath as well as an outdoor area from which you can enjoy the birdsong and sunset views. Off-street parking is available. Please note we have friendly cats.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

The space is a converted garage attached to the house with its own private entrance, complete with small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car outside the room. The room has a comfortable double bed, and a small fridge with tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV with Netflix, Neon and TVNZ+ Mainly suitable for short term stays . The room includes an office desk & chair and large screen if you need to work remotely.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
