We loved our stay at Villa Demetra. The Villa grounds and surrounding area is beautiful. The Villa is a great size with big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very handy to have a ground floor bedroom too. We like that this is a local family owned villa from a family who have grown up in the area. They care about it and want guests to have a nice time. Overall it was a great stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

Lovely spacious villa - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Sea view won’t last long once the building of the new villas in front is complete.

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

WOW!! What can I say!! Thank you for letting us stay here! What a space! This is a stunning villa! My wife and I wanted to escape the kids for a long weekend and we booked this villa. It is private and such a cool space to just relax. We walked down to the bay and swam in the sea, nothing like looking up at your own private villa from the beach simply stunning building. It was lovely and very private. The hot tub and sauna was wonderfully relaxing. It felt like a private spa weekend. The kitchen was usable and clean. The fridge is a good size. We didn't venture out far but found some nice restaurants around the harbour in Latchi just down the road. We felt like we were living the lifestyle of a millionaire, this villa is a stunning place to relax, sunbath and read books whilst enjoying the amazing view! Simply stunning we will be back 100%! Thanks you so much.

This Villa is the most peaceful place ever, you definitely need to get a car as the nearest shops/big supermarket are a 20-30min drive away. The view from each bedroom is stunning, the kitchen is large and has every thing you need, one of the frying pans was filthy on arrival but other than that it’s a perfect place. If you would like to go to the beach below the Villa you need to go to the carpark by turning left out of the Villa and driving around 100m to a steep hill carpark and follow the steps down. The Air Conditioning in every room is powerful, the TV has Netflix and Prime etc with a comfortable sofa, there’s 6 sunbeds outside and 2 up on the terrace with washing facilities.

We stayed throughout Jan 24 and it was the perfect choice for a relaxing winter longer stay. The villa is so relaxing and comfortable, it was luxury to have so much space. The villa is in a charming little village where there are loads of local walks in the hills or down to the beach and has a wonderful sea view. Citrus groves surround the villa and we were able to squeeze fresh juice every day. The pool is a good size and maintained beautifully, as are the garden and tennis court. Everything was available in the villa to ensure a trouble free stay, there was tennis and swimming equipment, games and DVD's available and any requests we had were responded to immediately . The host went out of her way to maintain communication without being intrusive, it was good to know she was so approachable and responsive. Irene, the housekeeper lives in the village and was so helpful and kind when we had to contact her after struggling to find the villa in the dark. Completely recommend, relaxing ++

David was a fantastic host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand when we had questions and quick to respond. The Villa is beautiful and it would be hard to beat the view from the terrace/pool area! Stunning! Would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. If you're a Brit visiting Cyprus for the first time, hire a car as they drive on the same side as us, so it was really easy to get around. Also plug sockets are the same, so no need for adaptors!

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

Host was very helpful and quick to respond. It was thoughtful to arrive having the basics for us milk l, bread, coffee, fruit, cereal, wine, beers, water etc. The view from the pool was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. A great pool for the kids and was very clean. It’s not far to drive to anywhere but need a car. There are neighbourhood dogs that bark a lot but it wouldn’t put us off coming here again. Are looking forward to coming back and would recommend to friends. We had an enjoyable 2 weeks didn’t want to leave. Thanks Georgio

Janet's a wonderful host and her villa is absolutely immaculate, the kitchen well kitted out, the barbecue fantastic and plenty clean towels and bedding available. The gardens are extremely well maintained and we were literally a 2min walk to the beach. During our stay Janet phoned to ensure we had everything we required and responded really quickly with queries. The villa is in close proximity to Latchi a quaint fishing village where there are lots of lovely restaurants selling fresh food and gift shops. We visited the supermarket in Polis which is both well stocked & reasonably priced. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and Janet both an absolute delight. Gerry & Julie x

A truly peaceful and secluded retreat — exactly what we needed to unwind after some busy work days. The silence is absolute, and the view over the hills, valley, and vineyards is simply stunning. We had a wonderful time here as a family — the place is very comfortable, and the pool was a big highlight for both kids and adults. Great location too, with easy access by car to Polis, Paphos, and the sea. The host was incredibly welcoming and always available if needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and quality time with loved ones.

Our stay at this beautiful house was just perfect! As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Each room is spacious, so you immediately feel comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful large pool and the fantastic outdoor area – here we could enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea from the balcony. Everything was clean and to our satisfaction. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. An absolute insider tip for those looking for relaxation and comfort in perfect combination. Charoulla and her husband were very nice and extremely helpful. The villa was immaculate. Lovely pool and garden. Charoulla left us a welcome plate of cold meats on arrival and we were able to keep the villa until 6.00pm as we had a late flight. We had an amazing time. Restaurants and bars are about a 10 minute walk away supermarket and pharmacy very close by. Thank you Charoulla we hope to return for a second visit.

We liked our vacation and stay at the Kalli Villa. The house was great, everybody had it's own space and the barbecue area at the outside was perfect to cook.

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

Could not recommend this stay more highly. Peaceful. Non-touristy. Private. Beautiful. Comfortable. And within easy distance to great beaches and popular destinations. The host is excellent, friendly, helpful, super easy to contact and provided wonderful local recommendations. We’ll be back!

I had an amazing stay at Savvas's place in Cyprus! Both Savvas and his father were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our visit truly memorable. The house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and situated in a wonderfully isolated and peaceful location. The breathtaking sea view, surrounded by olive trees and pines, made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, and it was just a short 5-minute drive to a stunning beach. Everything about the stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
