It is located in the most beautiful part of a private house on the first floor, in peaceful area, near the pine forest, outside the city centre, 15 minutes by walk along the coastal path to the Old Town Korčula. Just in the front of the house is nice seating area with views of the olive trees.On the first floor is closed terrace with views of pine wood, sea and mountain.

Fantastic location with the cathedral a couple of steps away at one end of the street and great restaurants and steps down into the sea at the other end of the street. You can have a swim first thing in the morning and then have breakfast out on the patio table outside the apartment.

We were very impressed with the furnishings of the apartment, which was decorated with taste and very practical. We felt at home, there was nothing missing. the place was very clean and climatic. A terrace with a beautiful view, Rene and his wife are great hosts, always available if needed but completely respecting the privacy of the guests. the location is also a great, quiet place, interesting beaches and a cool starting point. Small house in an authentic place surrounded by orchards and next to a convenience store; split and Dubrovnik and close to other seaside resorts on the coast. Please note that a car is required. The host is remarkably welcoming and friendly, the neighbors follow each other which makes it possible to sympathize, all in a friendly and simple atmosphere. We did not miss the Clim because the house is in the shade and on the ground floor. Our kids played with the owner's daughter. There are plenty of children's games in the garden with a small sunbed area in the shade of trees and umbrellas. The place was well equipped and the bedding comfortable.

We had wonderful days at villa Ranko. Our host Nena and her family were so friendly and helpful. The house is located just by the sea with spectacular view. Zavalatica is a calm and beautiful village with lots of opportunities for relaxing and swiming. Konoba Albert is close by with good food and equally stunning view from the terrace. Just east of zavalatica is a small bay with a beautiful little sand beach. The village Brna is 8 km away and also worth a days trip. Thank you again Nena for your hospitality and really making us feel at home. / Johan, Åsa and the kids

Fantastic stay. The terrace is a lovely place to sit, very peaceful with beautiful views over the vineyards. Jakica was extremely helpful and friendly, she gave us local recommendations and was very nice chatting to her. Supermarket within a few minutes walk, and few minutes walk to sandy beach for swimming, bus stop, restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Nikola was a great host and easy to deal with. He was kind hearted and very helpful. The place was nice and the location was good (assuming you have a car since it’s about a 25min drive to Hvar). Nikola was kind enough to give my family and I an extended check out and even gave us some thank you gifts before we left. We would highly recommend his place.

Quietly located and very nice apartment with green shaded terrace and garden views. Opposite the little busy beach road, there is a jetty, which is only used by the guests of the rented apartments. From the upper bedroom you have a very beautiful view over the beautiful bay. The public and not crowded beach is 5 minutes walking distance and very nice, two more fantastic coves are 15 minutes by car. The surroundings are very close to nature and we spent a lot of walking with the dog in the hinterland in the morning and evening hours, there are some small roads and dirt roads. Vica is super nice and was always able to help us as she also lives in the premises. We had a great time and would come back anytime:-)

We had a wonderful two week stay. The space is well equipped and clean. We were always helped right away if there was anything needed. The small (almost) private beach is wonderful. There is parking in front of the house and it is not far by car to the nearest supermarket or to the town of Korcula.

Luka, our host, couldn’t have been nicer, he is a star. We had an issue getting connected to wifi upon check in and he had it sorted within the first hour. He helped us get from the ferry pier to the apartment and also assisted with luggage on check out. He provided great info relating to the unit and the area. The unit is in Old Town and so it is not a modern unit but comfortable enough. The bathroom is very small but serviceable. While the accommodation is not luxurious we have no complaints. The unit is on 3rd floor, no lift. There are steps all around Old Town but not as many as Old Town in Dubrovnik. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Super enjoyed our stay in Korčula.
