The apartment is great, cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is very organized, with lots of green space and a peaceful atmosphere. Érica is always willing to answer our questions.

From the start of the reservation, Milenna supported us with tips to make the most of São João in the city and in Caruaru. The house was very well arranged and we had the great cleaning and food service provided by Liliane. Great experience!

The location is great, perfect for resting and at the same time close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was quick, clear and very cordial. I felt truly welcome and at ease throughout the stay. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-maintained and cost-effective place. We spent an Easter with a super quiet family! The condominium is quiet and the layout of the house brings privacy to it. The photos of the property are true to reality. The property is well served utensils in the kitchen, the house is well divided and all rooms are located on the ground floor. It is allowed to take pet. We'll be back more often.

Great spot, just as advertised. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and we receive everything extremely clean and organized. The condominium space is very nice and safe, however, the heating of the pool was not working. I will only make a few observations for those who want to stay with children and animals: the shape of the staircase requires a lot of attention because it is a descent and has some gaps that may be dangerous for the little ones.

The property is located at the top of the Serra do Maroto in Gravatá, further away from the center, which allows you to enjoy the stay with more peace and tranquility to enjoy nature. Easy access by highway, followed by almost all paved stretch. Check-in was simple and the host was available to answer any questions. The apartment was a charm apart. Cozy and comfortable, all very clean and tidy, hot water in the showers, furniture and regional decor elements, super complete bed, table and bath utensils and high speed internet. The garage is very close to the unit. The condominium has a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, playground, court and an incredible view of the city. The checkout was equally smooth and easy. We'll definitely be back on site!

The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.
