Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Polk County

Beautiful home, very nice for a large family or small group. The neighborhood is a little busy, but not to much. Many options for dining, just make reservations because the area is busy because of the proximity to the theme parks.

Wonderful stay, spacious house, close to restaurants, pharmacy and gas station, very close to the parks. Easy to access location, very good! Equipped kitchen, very useful utensils, good internet and a quiet place. We love it, I highly recommend it!

Simply spectacular!!!! Thank you for a great hostess, she was always available and answered the requests. The house is fantastic in a very nice, safe and safe unit. Very clean, spacious and organized. Close to the parks and important places of Orlando. In the house they left us information about the city, activities, restaurants, mall, etc. that served us a lot. We didn't want to leave I would go back 100 times without any hesitation.

My stay at the Airbnb was awesome. It was clean. It was well put together. I love the layout. It was easy to ask questions as I got quick response. Everything was great and well put together. I had an overall great stay.

The home was an amazing stay and exceeded what we expected. The home is very spacious and clean and included everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The host provided toiletries enough for the first night which is always nice. The pool was smaller than expected however it was still enjoyable for our group. There were plenty of towels and even extra towels in the home which was great for our stay. The neighborhood is easy to find however due to narrow roads and being super congested it did take a lot of time to get in and out of the neighborhood but that is completely on the neighborhood and not the host. If you would like to utilize the neighborhood water park that they have, be sure to wake up early to find a parking spot there if you do not want to walk there as from the home to the water park is quite a walk. The driveway can only fit two cars comfortably so be sure to plan your transportation accordingly. On that note, the house was amazing and highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Monsters Inc. house. The house was spacious enough to not feel crowded.Each bedroom having its own bathroom attached was the cherry on top. Also have two dishwashers, refrigerators, and washer/dryer. Plus the host was fast to respond. I recommend this home for a big party.

We directly felt at home. The whole family including the kids (two 2-year olds, a 6-year old and a 12-year old) loved the pool, SPA and the nice and comfy bedrooms. The place was very clean and had all we needed for our stay, especially the kitchen. We loved that they also had extra towels and toilet paper which we didn’t expect. The location was great for visiting Disney. Prior to the check-in, Olga and Chris reached out proactively and provided all information we needed; the same with the check-out. They were very kind and reacted directly to all of our requests (for example, as we arrived, both Pool and SPA were well heated as we had requested and it was a pleasure to use the SPA after a long walk in the theme parks). Thank you so much, we can definitely recommend this place!

My family of 14 stayed here for 10 days and it was everything we hoped for! The home was so spacious and homey. The themed rooms were perfect for the kids and regular rooms for the adults! The communication with our host was instant and and quick whenever we had a question. The home was very clean and had all the little things we needed. I definitely recommend staying here it is worth every penny and will be back again for sure.

Great for the price resort is nice kept our kids busy and entertained will definitely check if location is available next time we come down!! We come to fl every 4-6 week and this was by far the best for the money

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

Had a nice stay. Community pool was nice and warm. Close to the pool. Very quiet.

Beautiful place as described, very peaceful we enjoyed it very much! The TV options was the only issue couldn't log on any TVs for the kids.

Alberto's home was everything we needed for our trip. It was warm and inviting, like a home away from home. We enjoyed our time there. Alberto makes you feel at ease, is easy to communicate with, and always responds right away with answers to your questions.

Great place to relax and enjoy with family

Super comfortable, large apartment. Everything you need for a long stay, everything as described on the page, the only drawback is the internet does not have a very good signal even with the wifi password. Otherwise recommended.
