Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the city center, it is close to the train station and supermarket, kebab, pizzeria, bakery, tobacco bar. Located 10 minutes from Nigloland and about 15 minutes from the lakes of Mesnil Saint Père, Amance and Géraudot. You are also 35 minutes from the city of Troyes and all the activities it contains, factory outlets, old town of Troyes, 5 minutes from the Ermitage golf course and 10 minutes from the highway.

Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, Essoyes, you will have the choice between tours, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Located in the south of Champagne, our Gîte les Gayettes accommodates groups of at least 8 people in our wine estate. Vineyard, gastronomy and must-see places (lakes, Orient Forest, Nigloland amusement park, Essoyes and its painter RENOIR...) are a must You will appreciate the cottage for its large living room, equipped kitchen, comfort, and foosball table. Cottage for 8 people min and not rented for parties. Champagne tasting and sales possible.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Caravan in paradise (small)

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find on site outdoor games (pétanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue. Roulotte WA offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and Champagne Local at extra cost. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).
