Waterfront vacation rentals in Polis Chrysochous

Unser Pafos Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt und keine Probleme im Ferienalltag. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit und die erlebnisreichen Tage in Pafos. Wir haben unsere Rückkehr beziehungsweise unsere nächster Besuch bereits wieder in der Agenda eingetragen. Danke vielmals für alles.

nice peaceful location, close to a lidl for abit of food shopping, short walk to jimmys killer prawns which are 🤤 and less than a 5 min walk to a nice sandy beach

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer, kann man sich wohlfühlen. In der Umgebung sind viele Bars und Restaurants, die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Das Appartement selbst ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann sich wunderbar erholen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen!

El apartamento estaba muy situado, muy limpio con todo lo necesario. El dueño estuvo pendiente en todo momento facilitándonos todo. un gusto

Anna - thank you! The apartment is great, parking close by, sea views from the apartment, balcony is amazing for morning coffees and doing some work. Easy access to the coastal path which is great for runs. Anna also, had toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam which was great! Also, had washing powder for the washing machine, though weren’t there long enough to use. Can’t fault the apartment at all.

Die Wohnung war toll und die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Das einzige was nicht so schön war ist, dass der Pool mit einem Band abgesperrt war weil kein Bademeister da war. Man konnte trotzdem baden aber es sah nicht so schön aus

Quiet apartment on the last floor of a new building. Go the beach, drive through banana plantation, visit Lemba village to discover some cool art and come back to this place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset! Thank you to the hosts :)

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. We were a family of 4 adults and a baby and space was plentiful. The apartment was perfect, with a lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It was clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything you could want in a holiday stay. The beds were extremely comfortable perfect for a good nights sleep after exploring all day. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and the pool area clean with lots of sunbeds for lazy pool days. local shops/supermarket and the beach only a 15 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a home from home experience with great facilities in a quiet, friendly location. The host communicated well and was helpful and professional, even leaving us a little food package as we arrived late in the evening which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be returning again.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Many thanks for letting us stay at your lovely villa!

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Beautiful place with all the necessities. The pool, the sun and the beach (rocky but still possible to go swimming) were just wonderful. The restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Ekaterina was so helpful with everything - info, solving problems etc.

This is a really lovely studio perfectly situated in Paphos. It's a short walk into the harbour, and also there is a lovely walk along the beach side in the other direction. Nikos invited me to a BBQ with his friends and family outside the studio, which was amazing. The studio is on the 612 bus route from the airport. Nikos works in the shop below so check in is easy. All in all a fantastic experience!

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de la baie de Pissouri - à 5 min à pied vous pouvez aller voir un beau point de vue de la côte de Chypre. C’est un endroit calme idéal pour se reposer. La localisation est très bien pour profiter du sud-ouest de l’île. Vous trouverez tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison, le lave vaisselle est un peu fatigué mais il fait le job. La piscine est agréable mais non chauffée, lorsque nous y étions l’eau était un peu trop froide à notre goût. Vrionis a toujours répondu présent à nos sollicitations et nous a fournit tous les renseignements nécessaires au séjour. Nous recommandons la maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Séjour parfait. Le logement est vraiment très bien avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. L’environnement est paisible avec une belle piscine . L’emplacement est idéal avec notamment un supermarché/producteur à quelques mètres, nous avons pu tout faire à pied Notre hôte a été très réactif lors de notre arrivée nocturne où malheureusement les clés n’avaient pas été remises dans la boîte à clef Il a trouvé une solution pour nous et est resté en contact avec nous jusqu’à ce que nous puissions rentrer dans l’appartement à 1.30 du matin. Un grand merci à lui! Nous recommandons fortement
