Vacation rentals with a patio in Policastro Bussentino

We loved our stay! Our hosts were very helpful getting us from the train station in Salerno to the accommodation, provided us with bus tickets to get to/from Amalfi, and gave us local tips for the location. The place was a beautiful sanctuary just outside of the busy Amalfi. We also loved the restaurants and view from Pontone. We felt very looked after and were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back!

Andrea’s place is a wonderful and spacious family home a with a view to die for. The terrace is huge with a spectacular view of Atrani and the bay. He said the house has been in his family for years and clearly has been very well taken care of. AC’s works great. The showers are great, better than any others we used in Italy. Quite a few steps to climb but well worth it. It’s a 5-10 min walk into Atrani and just 10-12 minutes to Amalfi via the secret tunnel he told us about! So cool! We’d love to stay there again!

I stayed comfortably like I was at home for 3 nights and 4 days. I was able to! Above all, the host responded quickly and kept checking to see if there were any inconveniences in between, and I was able to sleep deeply like I was at home and spend the day I was there too. Thank you!!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Views from the terraced area are spectacular. The hosts couldn't have been any better and were very welcoming. Would highly recommend if visiting the Pontone area.

We had a wonderful time staying in Miriam’s house. The place is authentic, spacious, and has a beautiful panoramic view of the coast. The check-in was smooth, and the place was clean with plenty of amenities. The location is perfect if you plan to drive around to the nearby cities.

Of all the Airbnb places I have stayed, Monica's place was exceptional! The apartment was not only pristine but was equipped with everything you could think of in a home. The garden area was furnished beautifully and was a delight to use. Monica thought of everything. Monica was extremely kind and very friendly towards us. She even offered to take us to the airport as our hire was unreliable. We felt so at ease with her and also her husband. Should I recommend Casa Marino as a holday stay? Yes 110%!!!

Luigi and Cristina immediately proved to be very helpful and kind hosts, traveling by motorbike I asked them if it was possible to leave it on the property and so it was. Very bright and well-maintained accommodation. Highly recommended.

BOOK THIS AIRBNB!! This trip would not have been the same without Andrea, Valerio, and Rosa’s kindness and hospitality. When we got stranded in Positano after misreading the bus timetables, Valerio very kindly drove all the way from Amalfi late on a Sunday to pick us up back to the Airbnb. We truly do not know how we would have gotten back without Andrea’s coordination and Valerio’s help. Checking in, we got a lovely lift from the pier as well as the first bus tickets, alongside an adorable gift of spaghetti aglio e olio ingredients. The view is a dream, loved brewing cafe with the Bialetti to drink on the patio every morning. This Airbnb had been the one of the highlights of the whole trip, and we are so grateful for all of their help. (Walkable to amalfi pier within 30 minutes, if you don’t trust the bus timetables.)

Highly recommend this place! Maria was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcome. Her family business is lovely and a great spot to relax with the best cornetto’s we’ve ever had. It’s an amazing location/view and so nice to be away from the busy crowds in Amalfi. Also there is an incredible restaurant a few steps away called Osteria Rispoli- some of the best Italian food we’ve ever eaten.

My brother and I stayed at Grazia’s place for 4 nights. It was a great location and we walked everywhere, from central Vietri, down to the marina and beach area, and even to Salerno Manfredi port where we had a ferry trip booked to Capri. The apartment was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor space to relax. A big thank you to Fabio (Grazia’s son) who drove us to Bomerano so we could do the Path of Gods hike. We felt safe travelling with him and he was very flexible with timing to suit our needs. We had a great stay and the town of Vietri sul mare was lovely, busy but not as crazy as other Amalfi Coast towns.

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! It is just like the pictures and the terrace is just truly incredible. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking in the views there. So walkable to all restaurants and bars, beach clubs, and the dock where the ferry comes in. The hosts were so responsive and helpful with local recommendations. 10/10 would stay again and we hope to come back one day!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Sara’s place. The photos absolutely do not do it justice. It’s something you have to see for yourself. The view is unbeatable just like Sara’s hospitality. She and Fabio were the most incredible hosts I’ve had anywhere in the world. She arranged transportation, private boat tour, driving tour, and dinner reservations w/the free restaurant shuttles. We were able to pay a small fee for our luggage to be driven up the path to the house and when leaving which was so incredibly helpful for my parents. The Amalfi Coast is not easy to maneuver by yourself but Sara and Fabio made it painless. The accommodation is spotless and modern. It is away from the tourism chaos but Sara made it easy to get where we needed to go. I wish I could transport the shower and balcony back home! I recommend this stay to everyone and will absolutely be back! This was the perfect stay for the end of our 3 week holiday. Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with. He was super friendly and provided us with lots of great information. He was very communicative and kept us in touch the entire time and gave us excellent directions to meet him personally and give us a tour of the place as we checked in. We could not have asked more from a host and enjoyed our stay immensely.

This place is truly special. The design and architecture are beautiful and thoughtful, with high ceilings, soft light, and a lovely view of the Duomo and nearby lemon trees. It’s peaceful and quiet..perfect after a day out exploring Amalfi. The home is incredibly well equipped, from beach towels to kitchen essentials, hair dryer, and plenty of hangers. Everything is organized so intuitively, you’ll feel at home right away. Elvira, our host, was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay great. This is actually the home she grew up in..and you can feel how well it’s cared for in every detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, character and a true Amalfi experience

We've had a great stay in this apartment. It's a few minutes walk away from the town (up hill), with really lovely views over the city. It's close to the old town, really gorgeous typical narrow streets, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. A good variety of shops, and we're really glad we chose Salerno over the smaller towns on the coast line. The apartment is very clean, with everything you need for a trip away. The sofas and bed are very comfortable, and it's well equipped. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Doriana was so welcoming and responsive. The place was very clean and the air conditioner also was fantastic. The views are incredible and there was a cute and pleasant cat that would randomly stop by outside on the patio to hang out. The location is great if you have a car but the bus is right outside and the walk, to me, really wasn’t that bad but to some it might be a bit much down to the beach areas. Overall I would highly recommend.

Stayed at Villa Alba on my very first visit to the Almafi coast. The villa was easy to find once I was comfortable in the area and my surroundings. Anyone worried about driving in Almafi shouldn’t be. As long as you are confident and have some patience it the most fun you’ll ever have. I will say that parking is terrible, thankfully Villa Alba has a private garage space that easily accessed and one of the most valuable assets of the property. The pool was nice to have on nights we stayed. There are some stairs but nothing abnormal for the area The property is well maintained and the host Antonio was helpful and friendly. Book this site with confidence and enjoy your vacation.

The place is beautiful with great tiles and very spacious. Slightly hard to find because it is in a pedestrian street but if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. Everything was clean and the flat was quiet at night. We asked for an iron and it seems they got us a new iron and ironing board so we were very grateful! There is a good amount of storage space in the flat. The balcony is nice, just be aware the view is of a small parking lot (covered by a net, so no-one can see you) and other buildings but the buildings are pretty, so it’s not a problem.

My family of four had a great stay! Very gracious and friendly host who was quick to respond to all of my questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is in great location. We were able to park our car on a nearby street and easily find the apartment. There are great markets, restaurants, bars, and cute souvenir shops around the apartment. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere, including the beach. One thing to know is, like many other Italian Coastal towns, there are hills and stairs everywhere you go. You need to climb a few steps to get to the apartment. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to visit again!
