Cabin

There's a shelter in the villa. The cabin is located in our huge yard in the pastoral Ramat Poleg neighborhood. The neighborhood is located within 15 minutes walking distance to Poleg Beach and Ir Yamim Mall. The yard is shared by the villa, but there is privacy for the guests of the cabin. The entrance to the yard through an outdoor and private passageway, regardless of the villa. Cabin size 15 m2. Please note! The bathroom and toilet are exterior and are separate from and adjacent to the cabin. The bathroom and toilet are private for the use of the cabin guests, but to use them you have to leave the cabin and enter the bathroom. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy, vacation or work :)

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

#My place is perfect for your sea vacation! It is situated first line to the sea and across the street from the Iris Nature Reserve, perfect for a nice hike/stroll. It is less than 1 km walk to the Ir Yamim mall and sports complex. You’ll love my place because of the light, the high ceilings, the comfy beds, and the 21st floor view overlooking the sea! My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a kosher kitchen with all utensils.

26th floor with amazing view!

I really enjoyed my stay at Moti's lovely apartment. The views from the 26th floor will leave you breathless. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable- full kitchen amenities, great W/D and wonderful bed and pillows. Best of all is Moti. From the first moment he does everything to give all the essential info and make you feel right at home. Even drove me to the near shopping center, with supermarket, pharmacy and all essentials. Also made sure I'm parked in the underground garage, and visit the tower's gym. Moti made the stay super special. Will definitely return)

Lovely apartment with great ocean views from each room. Walking distance from a supermarket and buses to Tel Aviv. Washing machine available but I found a nearby place that launders your clothing for good price. Overall great experience.

Big and beautiful apartment. Nothing is missing, we have got whatever we need. Orli was very helpful and communicative. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

This was an amazing apartment! It was very spacious and clean. The apartment is even nicer in person than it was in the pictures. Emil was an excellent host and answered all questions right away. The apartment is about a 2 minute walk to the piano and to the mall. The beach is a solid 15 minute walk on a walking path. About a 7 minute drive to the sironit beach and tayelet. I would stay in this apartment again in a heartbeat!!

Great, large apartment that is walking distance from the beach and a small mall (restaurants, etc.); was perfect for my family. The host was quick to respond to messages/questions, but wasn't as proactive with check-in, check-out, or things-to-know-about-your-apartment instructions. It wasn't a problem as he responded quickly when asked, but it was different than some other AirBnB hosts in that way. Shower pressure, hot water, air conditioning, balcony, kitchen - all were great. We'd stay here again.

Any questions or minor issues we had were addressed immediately, making our visit smooth and stress-free.
