You'll enjoy loons on Upper Range Pond (a medium-sized lake), swimming off our private dock & float and using our 2 kayaks and canoe. Have dinner on the screened-in porch, watching gorgeous sunsets or make s'mores in the fire pit on the beach. Wonderfully quiet, private location only 40 minutes from Portland. We're committed to sustainability with eco-friendly cleaning products and lighting.

Relax, have fun, spend quality time with friends and family right here at our quiet little place. Two bedrooms, three beds, one pull out couch, we can accommodate up to six guests. We have walking trails, firepit, and a barbecue area. The house sits across the street from crystal lake, with a boat launch 3/4 mile down the road with a parking area. An easy 20-minute drive to Portland. Supermarket, gas station, and restaurant less than five minutes away and ten minutes from Gray exit to 95.

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

This private, upstairs unit in two unit cabin, nestled in the trees on 6/10th of an acre, has something for everyone, including 100 feet of semi-private lakefront on Tripp Lake. Easy for a weekend getaway from Boston, relax and enjoy our canoes, kayak and SUP, ideal spot for swimming and end the day with a nice campfire. We also have games (indoor and out). No TV, so relax and enjoy the silence (although there is wi-fi and cell phone service so feel free to connect your own devices).

In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, skating or skiing . There is truly something for everyone in Maine.
