A dream stay in an exceptional area! François is available while remaining discreet. The decor and layout are beautiful. Everything is very clean. The garden is very well maintained. We highly recommend this rental!

Not much to say. Great place with very nice exteriors. Only small downside is missing a door to a bedroom. there is only a curtain and moreover the room in front of the toilets. Too bad otherwise everything was fine.

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were great: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also pleasant and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place :)

superb rental with a breathtaking view of the ocean,the beach of Leroux accessible on foot just go down for 200m approx. Beach the great Ance,from the pearl, ti Ance are very close. We had a great 15 days and Teddy and Estelle are great hosts... in a hurry to welcome us and care.

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

We had a wonderful family stay in Guadeloupe thanks to the hospitality and the beautiful Villa de Ming & Arnaud. Everything is done to make you feel at home. And it started before we arrived with care, very considerate and available they even added services just to satisfy us! (Crib and pool alarm for safety) A warm welcome from Ming with a full tour of the villa to introduce us to all the assets it has. Also available very easily for the duration of our stay. Very comfortable, quite secluded the villa will offer you peace and quiet for a beautiful stay. A very big thank you we will be sure to recommend you and keep the address for a future trip. Notice to the next tenants GO FOR IT, you won't be disappointed!

Our stay was fabulous with a very pleasant and friendly welcome. The villa is so nice we were a family of 9 adults, the terrace with its barbecue and the large table were perfect! The large kitchen is comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Perfect bedding with good cushions The swimming pool is very pleasant Thank youuuuu our stay will remain unforgettable

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable, in a very peaceful environment. Everything is nice in this outward-facing house and its pretty pool. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We have only one desire, to come back!

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in every way. The house was a perfect base camp for exploring Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teens, children) greatly appreciated the large spaces offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

We arrived late at night and Eva was there to meet us, with a few essentials we had asked her to buy. Place is amazing, with the view once the shutters are open incredible! The indoor/outdoor living space is very special and the pool was a welcome relief every afternoon/evening. Lots of different areas to hang out and relax. You will definitely need a car here. We thought the location was excellent for all the things we wanted to see on the island. The only comment for future travellers to this airbnb, is that the description of 3 1/2 bathrooms is a little misleading. Yes, there are 3 1/2 bathrooms but only two toilets. The main bedroom, on the upper level has a shower and wash basin but no toilet. There is a full bathroom on the upper level across from the second bedroom. Downstairs there is a twin room with a shower and wash basin ensuite, and a separate guest toilet. So only 2 toilets for the four bedrooms. We were a small group and would still absolutely recommend this place.

We stayed at Sylvie's with the family . The space is spacious , (consistent with the photos ) well equipped and the pool is great! And the main thing: the view!!!! Sylvie and her husband are responsive and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

We had a great family vacation at this villa! On site, we had everything we needed, and we were able to enjoy the large terrace as well as the pool with the children. We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as is the terrace where we spent some good evenings. A place we recommend and where we could come back to.

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again. Indeed this is the second time we have rented this Villa and it is always with as much pleasure as we were able to enjoy all the amenities that Lionel offers. The villa is located in a beautiful setting with mountain views, the pool is really nice and the villa is at the top, well appointed and clean. Thanks to Lionel for his responsiveness and kindness!

We spent 4 absolutely amazing days, We didn't want to leave, the house and the view are perfect! We'll be happy to go back in September! The contact with Virginia was very nice, she is very attentive to her tenants. And as a bonus, we were lucky enough to see a whale right from the sofa! We recommend eyes a second thought!

The location of the villa is amazing. A few minutes walk from the paradise beach Le Roux, we were able to enjoy many aperitifs on the beach with our young children thanks to this proximity. In addition, Deshaies was a favorite for its central location for various types of family activities (zoo, botanical garden, Acomat jump, crayfish waterfalls and so on). And what to say about the impeccable villa which includes the essentials for a successful stay, swimming pool, air A/C in the bedrooms, inviting living space and privacy with the neighbors. I highly recommend it! Cédric and Gaelle were always available and good tips to answer any questions we had.
