My wife and I just spent two weeks at Emile's! Very pleasant stay in a large and comfortable single-story house! Air conditioning in one room and the very powerful fan helped us withstand the heat. The large and totally shaded veranda was often our favorite room! The plus: two well-appointed loungers that accompanied us to the different beaches (folded in the trunk of the car!) Very functional TV and wifi. The equipment needed for cooking is basic, however... but we adapted 😉 In short, a GREAT STAY!!!

the accommodation was impeccable, more beautiful even than the photos. the perfect decor. the bedding very good ( thank you the screens!!) the very pleasant pool. I did not understand that there was another accommodation next door but we had no inconvenience. no noise and no vis-à-vis. self check-in and check-out are convenient .

We had a great time, the accommodation is really nice with a beautiful garden, we felt like we were staying in the forest! Patrice is a welcoming and accommodating host, he explained everything there was to visit. The place was comfortable for us! I would recommend it without hesitating

Very warm welcome. Idyllic setting. The house is very beautiful. It feels good, like at home: it's comfortable, with all the necessary equipment for everyday life, there's nothing missing, everything is there, it's amazing (examples without links but that make the difference for a holiday with children: beach towels, snorkel masks, washing machine +dryer, giant tv screen, high quality bedding...).Julien had even filled the fridge and cabinets, with lots of little touches for us and our children. He was lovely throughout the stay. Perfectly suitable for a family stay, our children no longer wanted to leave and sad to leave the place and Oya their adorable dog. Very responsive and flexible host. Thank you for everything! We'll be back!

A wonderful first stay in Guadeloupe partly thanks to our fantastic hosts! The location is ideal, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and all in a quiet area! The accommodation is perfect for a couple with all the essentials and a large and very pleasant terrace (we spent most of our time there). The pool accessible at any time is a real plus. Hosts are available and provide good tips for any inquiries about the island. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning 😊

We had a lovely stay. The house is large, the rooms spacious and the view from the terrace of the exceptional sea. We highly recommend it.

I spent three days, two nights in this villa: the setting is really peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, no surprises. The pool is great, well maintained, and no disturbance around — it's quiet from morning to night. The rooms are nice, you sleep well. No complaints, it was a good time.

We stayed here for a week in May. It’s a lovely little house with a nice pool, perfect for two people. We had a great time and Isabelle was very helpful and friendly.

The stay at Joel and Marie's went very well. The accommodation is very nice, the pool is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything was in accordance with the description and photos... We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Everything met our expectations, we were very happy to use the pool on the property, and the breakfast we ordered from the host was delicious. We appreciated the possibility of washing and drying. The proximity of the beautiful Botanical Garden. The only negative thing was the proximity to the main road, which was not visible across the vegetation, but could be heard. But it didn't ruin our stay! ;-) :-)

We had a great time at Vana's place. Everything was perfect! The ideal location on the water, we recharged after a somewhat "sickly" start to our stay. If we had to choose from the 3 places we rented during our stay, it would be Vana's, without hesitation.

In a green setting, a little slice of heaven with a superb view. Nothing is missing, well-equipped kitchen, superb terrace, comfortable bedding and what about the pool? The best Our hostess Coralie was very welcoming and advised us on local activities and shops. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted.

We had a great 11-day stay in Guadeloupe at this place. The welcome was warm, and Marie-Line was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and perfectly located for discovering the island. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, the calm of the neighborhood. Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

We loved our stay at this place: Gladys welcomed us, the apartment was full of charm and the neighborhood was quiet (if not for the traditional songs of the surrounding animals😉). The place is ideal for exploring Grande-Terre.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sandra and her husband were warm, communicative and accommodating. On the first day, they provided breakfast and fresh pineapple, which was sweet and delicious! Sandra also helped me book the ferry over to Les Saintes and was an exemplary host! Always very pleasant and smiling. Gave us our space but were always somehow nearby if we needed anything! 10/10!!! The airbnb is to the centre of the island, so it was a central point to go exploring. Would recommend getting a vehicle if staying there because the access road to the main road is a bit long to walk. The accommodation is just as pictured. The kitchen and toilet were just outside the room, but the bathroom was inside. This was not a problem for me, but pointing out if it matters to others. There were some mosquitos but Sandra provided a net over the bed and a mosquito zapper so inside the room was fine. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and would stay when in Guadeloupe next. Our stay at Anse des Rochers went very well! The studio perfectly matches the listing: very well-equipped, refurbished, with excellent bedding that offered us great comfort. The residence is beautiful, with a superb swimming pool that we enjoyed. Fabienne, the host, is very reachable and responsive when needed, which is very nice. Small downside: the mattress of the baby bed was unfortunately not suitable, which was a little annoying. In addition, it is a pity that we were not able to leave the apartment a little later. Finally, the presence of sargassum on the beach of the residence prevented us from enjoying it, nature took over, but fortunately, other beautiful beaches nearby compensated for this inconvenience. Thank you for this stay, we recommend this accommodation without a second thought!!

After our stay we can say that we were hosted very well. The explanations are well conveyed and clear. The setting is very nice. The complex's restaurant is very good quality and the price is affordable and friendly. Nothing to say but we recommend it.
