We recently stayed at Sunset Lodge Beachside, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we need. The views were absolutely breathtaking—wild surroundings that truly made you feel at peace with nature. If you liked the pictures, rest assured you won't be disappointed in person. Heidi really responsive, always helpful and kind. There was honestly no fault to find. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway! We had a wonderful stay in Wool Bay! It’s a beautiful little town — calm, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and instantly felt like home. Our 5-year-old especially loved the game room and was completely occupied for all three days — which was a bonus for us! The host was lovely, always quick to respond and full of helpful suggestions to make our stay better. We even accidentally locked the key inside once, and they had someone come to help almost immediately — such a relief! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break with great hospitality. We’d love to come back!

What a a wonderful place! Located less than a 5minute walk to the quiet emu bay beach and jetty, and only a 15minute drive from the main town, it was a lovely getaway in a clean and well equipped air bnb. Great views from the deck of the sunrise over the bay, and we saw pelicans and kangaroos every day. The hosts gave us heaps of recommendations prior to check in and were quick to communicate with. The house has a large securely fenced yard for the dogs to run around on. It was a beautiful week spent at Emu Bay!

We had a really wonderful stay. Sue was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The house was beautifully presented. Plenty of inclusions, that made our stay really comfortable. The location right on the beach front was lovely. I enjoyed looking out from the large front deck every morning. We were sad to be leaving, but will endeavour to return one day.

The Cape - Emu Bay, Kangaroo Island

I stayed here with 2 families including 3 kids. What a view! We had such a lovely holiday. The house was immaculate and had amazing facilities including everything we could possible need in the kitchen. We had thought it would be a little closer to the beach (possibly didn't read that closely in he description) but it was only a short walk away. A highlight was seeing the fairy penguins one night (bring a red torch) and finding 2 koalas in the back yard.

Blackpoint is a beautiful spot and Russell's place is the perfect place to stay. Fabulous beach shack to be able to enjoy the surrounds. Everything is thought of with the added touch of board games for the kids and kayaks for the big kids. We recommend staying at Russell's and look forward to staying again in the future.

Our stay at Magnif-Vincent lived up to our expectations - and more. From the time of booking, Ben was helpful, responsive and flexible. The house was lovely and super clean with a beachy homely feel. The location was perfect and in easy walking distance to all local activities in Port Vincent. The perfect venue to revisit some childhood memories. Highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time in Cape Jervis. The house, location and view are great. It is the ideal location for a day trip to Kangaroo Island, the ferry terminal is only minutes away so that it is easy to catch the earliest and latest ferries of the day. One thing to remember is that Cape Jervis itself is only a small village and Victor Harbor where all the restaurants and tourism offers are, is about 45 minutes-drive away. The absolute highlight are the kangaroos assembling across the road in the early morning and evening.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tristan's place! The property was even better than described, spacious living, beds were comfortable and beautiful fenced up backyard space for the kids to play. And the ocean view from the backyard is spectacular. Would highly recommend Pelican's place to anyone and would love to stay again! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"

Fabulous location and view. Short walk to beach and walking path. Path to beach not suitable for pram so will need to take slightly longer route along the road. Plenty of plates cutlery and pots. Next time we'll bring a large salad bowl though. Other than that the house was well stocked and comfortable. Our grand daughter enjoyed the dvds even though she didn't know what they were until we explained thats how we watched movies a few years ago 😄 Port Vincent is a nice little town. We'll definately be back.

They were very friendly hosts. Airbnb was only 10 minutes drive from Innes National park. It’s located on a huge land and very peaceful. Nice views to the beach and sunrise. We had everything we needed. Beautiful part of South Australia to explore. Airbnb is conveniently located in Marion bay which is a central place to explore the Innes National park, Yorktown salt lakes, picture perfect coastal drives and best beaches in the York peninsula. We are happy that we stayed in Beth’s place

We had a fabulous family holiday at this great location. The house was modern, had great amenities, was roomy and the mattresses were great. The deck has a fantastic view and it’s just 30 meters to the beach. The location is also just 3km from Edithburgh if you need anything or if you want to go fishing off the jetty. There were 2 fridges which was great as we weren’t sure from the listing. Highly recommend for families or family groups or even adult groups as we loved the 5 rooms of queen or king size beds.

Marine Cottage was perfect. The view was spectacular with the beach directly in front. The house had everything we needed, was extremely clean and had personal touches like fresh eggs and water. Thank you Jason and Halina, we had a very enjoyable Easter break in your lovely home at The Pines. We enjoyed some lovely walks along the sea front, enjoyed your comfortable outside area eating meals out there, our boys made great use of the basketball hoop! It’s definitely one we’d love to return to. Absolutely felt like home away from home. Thank you for being so hospitable and making the whole experience easy for us.

We stayed at Frank’s place over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was the perfect place for our extended family, where we each had our own space to settle for the night, but also lots of communal areas for the adults and kids to mingle. We were close to the sea and could easily walk to the local pub and general store. The property is close by to local beaches, just a short drive, too. Frank was so helpful, he even built a small dog enclosure for our family dogs to assist with keeping them safe and secure. Would definitely try stay again over another family get together.

What an incredible getaway at Gabi and Jim’s accommodation! This place was worth every single penny and my group had the most wonderful stay. It felt luxurious from the first moment we pulled up to the property. The photos do not do this location justice. The house was spacious, it had every single possible amenity we could need, the kitchen was big, the bedrooms were comfortable, the outdoor space was fabulous to relax in. The pool was a winner though, heated, an incredible view at sunset, watching kangaroos hop by. We really couldn’t have stayed at a better place, it was such a lovely treat. Thank you for such a relaxing weekend, it won’t be forgotten and I would absolutely stay again.
