Yeonriji (Happy Tree)

Located a 3-minute walk from Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju, you can watch TV, Netflix, Disney, etc. with a large beam screen in the living room. You can connect your laptop to the beam projector for various seminars. With a wooden frame and hanok structure, it can accommodate up to 12 people, and there is a barbecue (electric grill), outdoor swimming pool (warm water 29-30 ℃), and indoor jacuzzi, creating a pleasant space. The first floor is a living room, two kitchen rooms, and the second floor is a living room and one room. There are 2 toilets on the first floor, 1 on the second floor, and a total of 3 shower rooms. It is complete with 2 mini jacuzzis indoors, a garden and an outdoor swimming pool outdoors. There is a door between the rooms, so privacy between individuals is not disturbed.

Gyeongju Traditional Hanok Pension Seoak Hall/Near Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal

It is a spacious, clean and old room of a traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.
