Apartment number 8 is wonderful, central (exactly in front of the Cathedral), clean and with a great view! Juliana is very kind and very helpful. The only drawback is the 6 floors on foot as there is no elevator!

Has a well stocked kitchen utensils and kitchen facilities beautiful yard to sit in with privacy close to all amenities small shop across the way and a Spar supermarket . about a 8 to 10 min walk into town . Patriot is a perfect host and always responsive when needed highly recommend this place to stay .

I had a wonderful stay at this flat! It’s bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is fantastic close to shops. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again!

Good place the bed wasn’t very sturdy and the shower was broken. But the hostess was very nice and the place was clean.

The house was better than it looks in the photos! The host was very friendly and helpful. The house has good heating and hot water 24 hours. The fireplace is perfect! The hot tub is also perfect! We'd stay there again without a second thought!

The apartment is great!!!! Two bedrooms, kitchen and living room with fireplace. The fireplace was prepared and could be used easily. The whole apartment is very clean, has plenty of space and is quiet. You park right in front of the house, there is a washing machine and the communication went great! It is a 20-minute walk to the center. You have everything you need around the apartment, supermarket, café, restaurant. The surroundings are good and you feel comfortable. I can highly recommend the property.

cozy place near the main square (piedenale) and old bazaar, you can go almost everywhere walking. parked just outside the building. responsive host, cozy apartment just like described.

Perfect place for the price and Albert is the best host. If you are 10 people like us, you have to do the dishes often and should also eat out due to limited things in the kitchen, but it is also very cheap to go to a restaurant, and there are several good within walking distance. You have to be able to live with noise from the road, but you get used to it surprisingly quickly. Best suited for 8 people. Very nice pool area, which Albert maintains very well.

Everything worked out well and the location of the apartment is great with a small garden to sit outside.

Everything was great, the reception and conditions of the home. Very close to the Cathedral and other attractions. The owner is very willing to help us with the requests we had.

Nertil amazed me with his kindness and his generosity, gave us an upgrade to his farm villa for the same cost, his father and staff were one of a kind. Really nice space discretely tucked away from the centre of the city but great bars and restaurants in easy reach. Needed somewhere for one night and this was absolutely perfect, slept extremely well in the big comfy bed - given the spacious kitchen and living room reckon it'd be ideal for longer stays too. Elkierd is about the best Airbnb host I've ever come across, which is saying something - super friendly cool accommodating guy who's great on comms and not only had someone come collect me and drive me to the Airbnb, but also did me an absolute solid by driving me all the way to Tirana, my next destination, the next morning. I can't thank him enough for his hospitality and hope we meet again sometime. Highest recommendation.

Nice apartment and nice price

Great place, comfortable, clean, newer building with new amenities. Unfortunately the transformer failed the night we checked in. Petro was responsive and we stayed a few nights despite no power. Petro asked to have us stay at a local hotel free of charge. Once there was no warm water we took him up on the offer and he followed through with no hesitation. The power outage was out of his control but he saw to our stay being comfortable regardless. Our family lived our time in Korce with so much to do around the apartment and would love to come back. Great place!
