Beautiful Italian holiday villa

CathRating, 5 stars16 months ago
We loved our stay at Casa Dolce Aria over Xmas and New Years. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the countryside far and wide. The house itself was warm and inviting and had everything we needed for our stay. As my family lives very close, we had wonderful opportunities to entertain them for apericena and evening card games. Andrew is a charming and reactive host!
An outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio, reflecting a soft blue hue. A large house is visible in the background, with multiple windows glowing softly against a mountain backdrop. The surrounding area features grass and a single umbrella for shade.

Villa Marinella Ana

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

Stefania and Stefano's Vacation Home - Campotosto

DarioRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.
A spacious outdoor pool area features multiple colorful umbrellas providing shade over lounge chairs. Lush green trees line the background, while the clear blue water invites relaxation. A relaxing environment suitable for guests is presented, offering ample space for sunbathing and enjoyment.

Umbria, Todi, Private Pool Villa with Amazing View

BenjaminRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.
An aerial view of the villa reveals a large garden with a gazebo and a swimming pool surrounded by vibrant greenery. Pathways lead to various sections of the property, showcasing the spacious layout and natural features of the surrounding area.

The Casale dell'Ara delle Rose

AndrewRating, 5 stars57 months ago
We had a wonderful time with fantastic hosts Alessandra and Fabio. It was just what we needed - a quiet place with great facilities and the grounds were well used by us and very family-orientated. Table tennis and table football were great escapes from the sun as they were undercover. The pool was great and also a great place to cool off. A special mention for the 2 dogs Rex and Pepe. You could never meet 2 friendlier dogs. My kids are missing them and as we left at 0700 they followed us down the driveway. The house was great and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. You really need a car and getting about was really easy. A supermarket was only a few minutes' drive away which was very useful. We even went into Rome on a few nights as it is only a 20-30 minute drive to the main tourist areas. If we go back to Rome we will definitely look to book again.
