Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

Dok se odmarate na terasi u pozadini se čuju cvrčci, pijetao, ptičice...Prekrasne plaže sa kristalno čistim morem se nalaze na samo 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

It is a fully-equipped and stylish home, and only 5-min's drive to the town center. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Ribarska House is private stand-alone accommodation, located on the beach in the centre of Komiža with unobstructed views of the sea and Bishevo island. J1 studio apartment (25m2) is equipped with a kitchen + dining area, bathroom with a shower and a double bed (for 2 people). The apartment is air-conditioned, has a wi-fi connection and a TV. There is a big terrace right in front of the apartment where our guests enjoy spending their summer evenings. The big terrace and garden are communal (shared with other apartments).
