Our facility is a complex of 3 buildings, two of which have been completely renovated and adapted for year-round stays. The cottages are shielded from the outside world by a dense wall of trees, behind which on one side there are backwaters where you can observe various species of birds such as, for example, the greylag goose, black heron or ducks. On the other hand, the trees form a forest wall, abundant in delicious mushrooms, tranquility and giving the place a touch of mystery and harmony.

The entire house is at the exclusive disposal of guests, on a fenced plot of 1500m, terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi, garden with trampoline and fireplace, swimming pool (in summer months). A perfect place to relax for couples and families with children and pets, or for a quiet group of friends. Just outside the gate there is a beautiful forest with many walking and cycling routes. A great place for runners.

If you prefer two separate beds instead of a combined one, let us know – we will prepare the layout according to your wishes.

The entire house is exclusively for you - no one else will be staying in it. We also offer a place to light a fire with a grate - to be determined

Year-round clay hut

I would like to offer you a stay in a straw-clay cottage. The cottage was built in 2018, using natural technology, which makes it environmentally friendly and friendly to people and animals staying in it. The cottage is located near a forest, overlooking fields and meadows, so the mind has a chance to truly relax in a quiet place, in the bosom of nature. The nearest town is Uniejów, 7 km away, where you can enjoy a bath in the spa thermal pools.

The apartment with a Jacuzzi is your place to stay and relax in Uniejów. The apartment is unique, modest, simple but cozy, prepared with soul and heart. We offer enough for 2 people (possibly up to 4 people with an extra charge), basic equipment necessary for a pleasant stay. There is a large terrace and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, which will allow you to relax after a day filled with attractions in Uniejów and the surrounding area.

The perfect place to relax for you and your family in picturesque Uniejów. La Familia TYBURA offers a terrace and a bar. Nearby are: Uniejów Thermal Baths. The property provides free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Private parking is also available on the premises. Apartment with Castle View

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Guest Rooms Pod Świerkami, which are located on a hill on the right bank of the Warta River, from where you can see most of the attractions of our town. From our windows you can see both the 14th century Gniezno Archbishop's Castle and the surrounding park, the Thermal Complex, the Knights' Castle and the Gothic collegiate church.

Are you looking for a place for a family reunion or a meeting with friends, a bachelor/hen party or maybe you want to rest and relax in a quiet place by the water? You've come to the right place :) A year-round house in Zimotki on the Prykona water reservoir near the forests is a great place to relax by the water in the summer and go mushroom picking in the autumn. :)

Uroczysko Warta offers a private beach and a variety of accommodation options with a patio. All accommodation options are equipped with a flat-screen TV and have a terrace and a shared bathroom with a shower. A fridge, hob and kettle are also provided.
