Very quiet and safe place, beach access very close, kitchen with several utensils, during the stay they exchanged the microwave for a new one, wifi worked well for home office. Maps and Waze apps do not direct the address to the correct location and Gate D was closed because of construction, I had to return and access through another gate.

I really like the space! Sol took care of everything for me! The apartment has a large living room and a nice balcony! The condominium is beautiful! I loved everything and I'll be back!

My family and I spent wonderful days in Riviera! John was extremely attentive by giving us all the information in advance, and whenever we need it, he also responded quickly. The apartment is beautiful and quite complete, as advertised, literally feel at home. The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

I liked the accommodation, cozy and intimate studio, very well prepared and equipped, the cleanliness was meticulously impeccable, in addition to being very well located. I highly recommend it and will be back more often!

The apartment of Tomaz very nice, well decorated, excellent bed linen. Extremely clean and organized. Great shower.

Chácara is really foot on the asphalt, the market is 300 meters away, we take things with us, but the bread and other things we need to buy without great difficulties. The cafeteria is a tasty muuuuito, it seems to have a great acoustics (who are in the barbecue area do not hear the noise in the rooms) and in the tbm pool. House was clean and well organized. It had pretty much everything we needed in the utensils part, which I didn't have to turn around in any other way.. The area of the grill in tasty, from to close if it rains and to stay quiet, has a wood stove and tbm oven, in addition to the barbecue... there was a plate, you could make a nice barbecue snack hehehe.. Priscila was very kind and proactive, from when we started talking through the app until after our entry! It's worth it, we'll definitely go back.. As a point of attention to new guests: it has a lot of stairs and a lot of pernilongo (but we are in nature, so normal, right?!)

The apartment is extremely modern and well equipped, as is the building that it is located, with good location, gym, swimming pool and laundry available. The check-out time provided is a bit uncomfortable (9am), but it is described in the listing and is remembered by the hosts. Good choice for the Pinheiros neighborhood.

Amazing!!! Great place to enjoy and feel safe in Brazil. The beach is very clean. Nice people very helpful. The Condomínio of the apartment does provide an umbrella and four beach chairs waiting for you all set up at the beach. Excellent idea to enjoy your day to get your sun bath, eating and drinking. The water filtration sistem that the apartment has it was perfect. Good water! Welcome chocolate and note. Definitely you should go there.

From the beginning, Lissa left super helpful instructions/guidelines, such as step-by-step self check-in, spa handling, use and location of utensils, to restaurant recommendations. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very nice, fragrant, well maintained, they even left a delicious cake to welcome us. It is very safe to leave your pet free, the place is fenced. Plus, Lissa responds promptly to messages. I would definitely go back to Refugio Namaste! 🩷
