My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

Location is KEY and Aaron is an OUTSTANDING host. Responsive, knowledgeable, & excellent recommendations. The property was exactly as shown on Airbnb. Every detail is thought of for what you need for comfort and convenience. The location was PERFECT for everything we hoped to see and do on the Cape & Martha's Vineyard for a last minute vacation with our family before the regular summer season begins. The weather was sunny for late April and in three days we walked, biked and hiked beaches/trails around Falmouth, Chatham, Nauset, Provincetown and Martha's Vineyard. Non stop fun was had in museums, aquariums, seeing the Right Whales from the shoreline at Race Point and Herring Cove, the sunset at The Knob in Falmouth, sunrise on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and on the island we enjoyed Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff, Edgartown, Menemsha, Aquinnah Cliffs, beaches that looked like you were in Hawaii w/ black sand and being up close with Alpacas at Island Alpaca Company and more. Such a charming and cozy place to stay. Deena and Tom are friendly, so communicative and kind. They made it so easy to enjoy their home and focus on our vacation rather than cleaning! Lovely stay, thank you.

Our family of 5 adults and two dogs enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the dogs loved having the fenced in yard. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Brita for filtered water in the fridge. Midori was a helpful host when we needed local dog friendly restaurant recommendations. Definitely recommend for anyone who is bringing their pup(s) to Cape Cod. It is not easy to find places that accept more than one dog and we are thankful we found such a great place!

From the moment we walked in the door we were in awe. The place was beautiful, clean and neat. The loft was a fun place for our 13 year old son to hang out when he wasn’t fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. The extra half bath was a plus. Waking up and sitting on the deck overlooking the pond with a cup of coffee was the best! We loved being able to do our laundry before leaving which made unpacking at home easy. We will definitely try and stay here again.

We loved our stay! Impressively clean house with all of the necessary amenities. David was very courteous and kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

We had an awesome stay at Lydia’s! The house was charming and historic and Lydia has it perfectly clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and anything you may need is available. The location is perfect for walking to cute shops and restaurants, and Lydia provided us with great recs. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Plymouth.

We had a girls trip for a few days. We chose this house because it had plenty of room and bathrooms for the 5 of us. The bedroom on the first floor is a bonus for those having trouble with stairs. All of the beds and pillows(!)are very good-like tempurpedic! The hosts were quickly responsive. We noticed the kitchen did not have a coffee pot except a single cup Keurig-not great for the number the house can hold. One was delivered the next morning. The house is great, my four or 3 stars are for upkeep, and lack of freshness for the price. The house was clean, but a number of light bulbs (and many different shades of white)were out, the walls, moldings and baseboards were badly in need of paint. There were tp holders that had fallen off and a shower head on the bathroom counter. There were no instructions about what to do with trash /garbage. We had to leave bags in the kitchen. We suggest a comprehensive binder with house instructions. We had a great time. The house is just tired.

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and felt right at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly. The instructions they left couldn’t be more clear. We definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay here another time in the future!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Great spot to explore the Cape, close enough to many dog friendly restaurants and beaches. The backyard is perfect for dogs and a bonfire. 1.5 hour from Boston, and 1.5 hours from provincetown. We did day trips each day we stayed including Nantucket, Provincetown and the local attractions which made the house a perfect fit. I’d stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay as a family of three, along with our beloved pet. The house was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect refuge, especially since the weather wasn't on our side. With its blazing-fast internet, I even managed to log in for work without any issues—an unexpected bonus! The location of the house was fantastic, close to a variety of great food spots. We indulged in fresh lobster dishes, flavorful Thai cuisine, and delicious local pizza—all of which were unforgettable culinary experiences. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm, ideal for starting the day with long walks alongside our dog. The serene surroundings really added to the charm of our stay. Overall, this house and its location offered a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

Cannot say enough good things about the stay and the hosts. The place was beautiful and clean, conveniently located and we loved the short walk to the beach. We spent each day exploring a different city, and we felt perfectly located to be in a comfortable, peaceful area away from everything but not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Pups loved the yard, lots of room for them to run and play. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place for the first vacation with our baby.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.
