The sea is very close: 3 km GR 34: 5 km from the Yaudet site: 8 km from the port of Locquémeau: 10 km from the bay of Saint Efflam: 15 km from the Pink Granite coast and many other places that we will be happy to show you. Lannion and its large Thursday market are within walking distance (30 min). You will find a hypermarket 1 km away and our home 400 m away.

From the pink granite coast to the island of Bréhat, 4 or 5 days would be useful to visit Trégor. Only 5 minutes from the remarkable site of Yaudet, 5 minutes from Lannion and 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, it is the perfect starting point for a vacation combining relaxation, hiking and discoveries.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.
