We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

Ideally located on the port of Loguivy, this house is very pleasant to stay in. Its terrace is ideal for observing tidal flows and reflux, boats and wildlife. A real haven of peace. Everything is functional, super clean and very well-equipped. At 7 we had a great time in the living room or kitchen. It is a perfect base for walking along the GR34. The grocery store at Mimi's serves as a bread deposit (very good) and the bistro at Gaud's exudes good humor and authenticity. Thanks Alexia

My stay was super relaxing. Check in was easy and the house very clean. The surroundings were also beautiful and you can reach everything on foot. A plus is also the parking space on the premises.

I can't even begin to explain how satisfied we were with the place! It is so spacious, very clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable and so we're the blankets and pillows. We were able to park the car in specific garage, which was great and we were able to be accommodated with our dog, which we truly appreciate. Virginie is extremely friendly and helpful, you enter the house via small garden which we could use and we loved all the flowers. We were very sad we are staying only one night, we would love to stay here for a longer stay, hopefully next time.

Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality amenities. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

Everything was perfect, go there with your eyes closed! The accommodation is very clean, functional and well located. The jacuzzi and sauna are the icing on the cake. We were hosted very well, David is very friendly and takes the time to explain and advise. We really had a good time.

Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. I wish I could have such a spacious working space at home. The harbour is a few hundred meters away. You can buy there the fresh fish and lobster from local fishermen. We were 6 adults with an infant baby and we were never short of space. I would love to stay again at Sabrina & Sylvain’s house.

We had a great time with the family, in a superb accommodation, very well equipped, very good bedding, in a quiet and sumptuous environment. Karîne and Vincent are very nice and responsive. The children and grandchildren loved the pool.

Magali is very welcoming. The accommodation is as advertised and the sea view is magnificent! We spent 5 days in peace, to the rhythm of the tides, lulled by the murmur of the waves and the ballet of the seagulls.

Lovely house in a secluded location, just a short walk from the seaside and a lovely Oyster Bar. Supermarkets, fuel station and boulangeries all within a 5 minute drive. The swimming pool was a godsend with our 7 kids (from 3 families!) but it was a shame we were unable to pull back the cover as it seemed to be screwed down, as it can get quite hot in there in strong direct sunshine. Otherwise, a great house and spacious enough for everyone to get together or have their own space.

very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. Not to mention the sea baths in Étables at Gobelins Beach or in Saint-Quaix. Thanks to Hervé for his info on the area, his availability and his kindness. The chocolate was delicious. Good location, functional apartment, well-equipped.

A perfect stay to unwind! The setting is beautiful and very quiet, ideal for relaxing. The cottage was very nice, well decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. We loved taking advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, a real plus. Thank you for the welcome and this little piece of heaven, we will be back with pleasure!

The place is exactly as described! Location awesome and practical (you can walk to the beach, but also to the village)! The highlight is the heated indoor pool, we almost couldn't get our 3 boys out of there. the place is highly recommended, we will definitely go back there.

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had a great time at Claude's place, a large very pleasant garden, the beach within walking distance… The accommodation is very good with all the necessities (small grocery store, cleaning products, cooking utensils, etc., sheets, etc.) We discovered a very beautiful area, thank you very much!

Great week in the ty mam goz house. The view of Beauport Cove is really very pleasant, very relaxing. We really disconnected from our daily lives, and we were able to eat good oysters. The house is very well-equipped, everything is done to feel good there.

We liked it very, very much at Michel and Cathy's; both welcomed us very warmly, were helpful and always available, but discreet. You feel very comfortable right away. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and very tastefully and perfectly equipped (a selection of dishes that is unparalleled)! The garden is also beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger. We recovered wonderfully; the location is quiet and idyllic, and is perfect for getting to know the surroundings. The hosts' tips on restaurants and excursion destinations were also very helpful. Thank you again to both of you for a wonderful week. We'd love to come back anytime.

Beautiful sea and beach views! We had a great week in early May with the sun as a bonus! The location is nice, 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min to the center of Perros and above all, exceptional views of the sea, the 7 islands and Trestignel beach. Binoculars highly recommended! The studio is very well furnished, tastefully, it has everything you need for 2. The large terrace is a plus, and we were able to have breakfast outside in the morning; too bad in the shade in the afternoon and at the end of the day, we were not brave enough to settle there and enjoy the garden furniture at this time of the year. Thanks to Benoît for the communication at the time of booking and the good recommendations!

Great location to discover the region. Nice view from the bay window, beach and sea. GR 34 passes in front of the accommodation so it's super accessible. Very good hosting by Agathe and advice on visits and restaurants nearby. The accommodation matches perfectly with what is offered on the description and photos.
