The latter is the perfect base for exploring Porzay (Menez Hom, Locronan, Quimper), the Bay of Douarnenez (beaches, Pointe du Raz), the Monts d'Arrée (Mont St Michel de Braspart) and the Presqu'île de Crozon (Cap de la Chèvre, Pen Hir, Anse de Dinan, Île Vierge, Morgat, Camaret).

The bright, south-west facing house is located a 5-minute walk from the center/harbor of Audierne, as well as beaches and shops. Kayak, paddleboard, and bicycle rentals are available nearby.
