Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

It is a new, year-round, one-story, very warm cottage with an area of 45 m2 with a fireplace and full equipment, a large fridge, a full induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a modern washing machine. A comfortable bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. A bathroom with a shower cabin with mirrors on the walls and a window. Beautiful bedding + double towels for each person. Two parents with two children is the optimal choice.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Our house is ideal place for families seeking for active vacation time on water, bicycle in the forest as well as for people looking for a place for chillout and rest in the nature. It's also a paradise for watersports fans and fishing addicts.

Rental for a minimum of two nights from September to the end of June. Weekly rentals during the summer season. A 17-person house in Siła, by Lake Wulpińskie, 12 km from Olsztyn. In the price of our home you can use our pier, boats, water bikes, kayaks, sailboats, as well as sup boards. The house is very spacious, perfect for relaxing with family! It is heated, year-round, and we can organize Christmas, New Year's Eve, or other special events like birthdays.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area by the boulevard. Drwęckiego, at the same time close to the center and food and gastronomic facilities. To the city center 10 min walk along the lake, next to tennis courts, city beach, water equipment rental and water ski lift. At guests' disposal 56 meters of comfortably furnished space.The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake.

House on Dębowa Street

I offer for rent a year-round house with an area of about 70 m2, with a large covered terrace (30 m2). The house is located on the outskirts of Łukta, on a fenced plot of 2500 m2 bordering the forest on two sides, so that guests are guaranteed freedom and privacy during their stay. Two lakes are 1.2 km away: Korweskie (with the municipal beach) and Isąg. I do not rent for special events, bachelorette and bachelor parties. Pets are welcome.
