On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite (160 x 200 bed) with its shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, you will enjoy a games room on the mezzanine with billiards, 2 double bedrooms (140 x 190 bed) and a bedroom with TV (160 x 200 bed), separate toilet. Outside, you will have access to an enclosed area with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, outdoor furniture, deckchairs, lawn, ping pong table, parking and petanque. The beds will be made on arrival, towels and linen provided, cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
