We rented the ground floor part of the house. The accommodation is great, very functional with an amazing view. The bedding is good, the amenities are ok, the SPA is very nice. This is a beautiful place in a privileged and natural location. The beach 3 steps away is the best, especially with children. Renaud has good advice and is very pleasant. The only small downside: the proximity of the road for the bedroom part, the road is quite busy. But we'll be happy to come back.

We were warmly welcomed at Claudie's place who was accommodating and smiling (while we were late). The apartment complies with the description. Please note that it is clean, spacious and functional. There is documentation for tourists, 1 high chair and a child bed. The area is very nice. The plus: the independence of the property while being close to the owner Recommended

We had a 10-day stay at Marie's. The view from the balcony is lovely. The apartment is functional and matches the photos. Free parking at the foot of the residence is a real asset. The city center, the port and Trestrignel beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. It is also possible to swim in front of the residence depending on the tide. The bedding is comfortable whether in the alcove or the sofa bed. Thank you for this relaxing and soothing stay.

Very good stay in this accommodation. It has everything you need for two people in terms of amenities and space. The accommodation is also very well located to enjoy the city without taking the car out. The hosts are very nice and are not stingy with good advice. Thanks again for the welcome.

Anne-Laure's place is really very nice. Very spacious and equipped with everything you need. We were only there for two nights to bridge the gap. We would do it again anytime. Anne-Laure is easily accessible and everything worked out exactly as indicated. The area where the apartment is located is a 10-minute walk from the center of Morlaix. From the outside, the house does not look so nice at first, inside, but it is really very cozy and you can see from both bedrooms and from the kitchen directly to the garden.

Perfect ☺️ I can only recommend Marion's place which is very well located, sea view in a secure and quiet residence. Perfectly equipped. Close to the beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the cleanliness is impeccable, small gourmet gifts offered upon arrival. Marion is a lovely host. We'll be back to stay at her place again.

We had a great week in "the little house". Patrick and Liliane have thought of everything, and the many brochures present give great directions for outings. Liliane also told us the little gems you should not miss, and small and delicate touches await the visitor. The house is in a perfectly quiet area, with walking access to the beach about 10/15 minutes away. We discovered a beautiful area that I highly order from you.

Very nice duplex apartment with private access, Spacious, comfortable and warm. In the heart of the historic center of Lannion, with all the shops within walking distance. Excellent stay spent with family during the holidays, and very well hosted by our hosts.

We had a lovely weekend at Magali's, clean house, with all the necessary amenities. The enclosed garden is ideal for children. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is a real plus. Magali is a responsive and available host.

Very nice little apartment for a stay, in a secure residence, easy to find, easy to access, the instructions were clear, close to RN12 so quick access to just about anything you want. Nearby shops, restaurants too (Brasserie l o, not less I recommend it, excellent food). A spotless stay for a non-excessive price and responsive host
