The view of Tome Island (Sept-Iles Archipelago) and to the west on the harbor of Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h is exceptional. A place with an extraordinary panorama, ideal for living fully to the rhythm of the tides, the house is located in front of the GR34, from where you can leave for wonderful walks on the strikes.

400 m to beach "Grève Blanche", 300 m to downtown shops. Nice bright house, well equipped and recently renovated with garden, sunny even in the evening.
