Apartment vacation rentals in Plessis Nogent

My partner and I stayed at Eve and Jo’s charming gite for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. It was a lovely set up with the kitchen and dining area outside (covered) allowing us to enjoy Guadeloupe’s beauty. The sunrises and sunsets overlooking grande anse are unbeatable! Eve and Jo were kind, helpful and communicative and the gite was well equipped for our stay. We hope to be back one day!

The big positive point of Claude's place is the view. Indeed, the setting is superb. Our only regret is that we arrived just after sunset, so advice for future travelers: arrive on site before 6 p.m. to admire the sunset from the accommodation, it's beautiful. For the rest, great. There is everything you need for a pleasant short stay during a trip to Guadeloupe. Carrefour and other shops nearby, beach 2 steps away… We recommend!

Very nice accommodation, with beautiful surroundings and superb views of Pigeon Island. Beautiful pool that allows you to relax after days of activities and discoveries. What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

Everything was wonderful. It had everything you needed. From beach equipment to camping chair, umbrellas, washing machine, etc. We recommend the apartment

Great value for money for this studio, functional for one or two people and allowing you to quickly reach the roads in different directions to visit Grande-Terre.

We loved our stay in one of Agnès' apartments. We were alone in the building which consists of 3 apartments. Located in a quiet area, we enjoyed the modernity, the beautiful view, the pool and the cleanliness of the accommodation. Agnes and Jean-Luc were very helpful and gave good advice. They were also flexible for check-in and check-out (low season). The place is really beautiful and well located for discovering Basse-Terre. We had a great time. Thank you!

Practical accommodation in a good location for discovering the many sites in the north of Basse Terre, and well-equipped. Small restaurants around the corner, and beach within walking distance.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

This accommodation is of very high quality both for the comfort of the bed and the quality of the appliances. It is located in a green setting with a swimming pool available. Francesca and Jean-Claude are hosts with beautiful human qualities, warm and always very sensitive to our well-being. Property to be highly recommended.

We are delighted with our stay. The cottage is great and the location very peaceful. There is space to park, the bedrooms are spacious and the terrace is great. Beatrice and Frédéric are very welcoming and attentive. We're so excited!

My stay at the Gîtes de la Réserve was excellent at every level! Naïdy is welcoming and very kind, I was able to discover some new Guadeloupe spots that I did not know thanks to her recommendations! The cottage is ideally located in Basse Terre with breathtaking views from morning to night (sunset guaranteed over the Cousteau reserve). The listing is as described with garden and jacuzzi available. Not far from a crossroads and leader price, not far from local fruit and vegetable sales and nearby restaurants (Bouillante and Malendure). If I return to Guadeloupe, I will be sure to come back to this area. 😃 See you next time, Naïdy!

Simple yet functional studio. Nice well-stocked garden, with fruit and flowers, nice small shaded terrace. Spa available, very pleasant in the evening. Gerard is available and very interesting. I recommend this studio.

Thank you for this great stay in your home. 10 days of vacation in a peaceful setting in complete privacy. Sophie was extremely pleasant and responsive throughout the stay. Very nice, brand new and well-equipped accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful covered terrace outside where we had all our meals. Very nice view of the Cousteau reserve. The hot tub is perfect for the end of the day, not overlooked. We found a pathway to Malendure beach with the explanations given by Yves. The best part is that we were able to swim with 2 turtles. I would not hesitate to rent this place again if I had to come back to this beautiful part of the island 🤩

The accommodation is a peaceful oasis, it is very well equipped and the owners are very responsive to requests. I highly recommend this accommodation to people who want to spend quiet and relaxing time.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place, located in Abymes, surrounded by mango trees and bougainvillea. The apartment is spacious, nice, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped, the comfort is great! The real plus: the outdoor space, with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. Stéphanie welcomed us warmly, she is very responsive, available and attentive. Thanks again for this beautiful stay in Guadeloupe, we had a great time!
