Debby, Astrid and Marwan was informative, extremely helpful and rensponded to our questions very efficiently. The home was very spacious, perfect for big families. There are many facilities so everyone has their own entertainment. Billied table was worned out but we still had fun. Would definitely recommend it.

The villa is new, clean, and well-maintained with complete amenities and kitchen appliances - even air fryer is provided. Superb location, great view of the mountain, even walkable from several attractions. We had amazing family staycation, our son loves the pool and taking a walk in the neighbourhood. Thank you for the amazing place and great hospitality :)

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

A very pleasant experience with family, good view and clean facilities... The host is communicative, responsive and open... Supported by the housekeeper is also friendly, welcome, and clean... Fully recommended and see you at the next opportunity...

Place are good and clean. We have no issue for all requirement, EXCEPT address stated number 196 but its 195 and have a special name for this Villa which should be stated in the title for this place, instead of Imelda place....... We have hard time to find location, since the guard has to be called to come in so we have to wait. Suggest owner should just leave the key in the safe box, and tell us its combination lock instead, to make it EASY for us to check in....... please ask Imelda specific instruction on how to collect the key. We cant control exact time of arrival, and cumbersome has to commit at certain time so the guard can go in at the same time.

I really like it, the place is comfortable to bring family/besan/adek-in-law, the mattresses are comfortable, the facilities are complete, the view is the most cocook because the position is corner/hook, the pool is cleanh.lm will come here again if you go to Batu again✨️

we loved staying here. the villa is beautifully decorated with all the listed amenities. the villa’s keeper was also very helpful. she gave us recommendations for laundry services and masseuses. overall, very good experience and highly recommended!
