A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

The best sea view apartment Gemma in Piran

If you are after beautiful views of Piran, both town and sea, you must book Iviana's AirBnB. Great location in the heart of Piran right next to the bell tower with a private balcony with two sitting area's and a roof terrace on top of that. We spotted some cute little dolphins from that terrace! Parking costs 20 euro per day, the garage is a 10 minutes (steep) walk but you can pick up or drop off baggage from 6-10 am and off these hours Iviana was so kind to offer transport for any luggage. Highly recommended!

We loved our time in this small but perfect flat centrally located in exquisite Piran. Access to the amazing roof terrace (sensational views) was a bonus as it is the top flat and close to this. It had a well equipped kitchen and we were able to shop at the little supermarket just round the corner and cook meals. A stones throw from the main square and seafront.

The Blue Pearl Apartments is perfectly located for anyone to explore the gorgeous town of Piran. Once we parked up, we were able to walk through the town. We had booked a tour with Rolling Istra which was literally a two minute walk. The apartment was absolutely pristine, modern and beautifully styled. Highly recommend for a stay.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Piran! It was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and perfectly located right by the water. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and well-equipped, and the four beds were very comfortable. What really made the experience stand out was the host, Roman. He was incredibly helpful and responsive at all hours, making sure everything went smoothly. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Piran—couldn’t have asked for a better spot!
