In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! The new renovated ancient house is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets near the panaroma point of the village. The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.
