Entire upstairs level (1722sqft.) of a renovated house with private entrance. 4 Bedrooms (2 are en-suites) with 3 bathrooms total, large open living, dining, kitchen area. Peakaboo ocean views. One block from Tres Hermanos Beach entrance where you can walk for miles in each direction on beautiful sandy beach. Short drive, less than 5 minutes to Rincon. We have air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in the living area. There are ceiling fans and ocean breezes throughout.

We loved our stay with Adele. she was extremely accommodating with all of our requests and was always responsive and ready to help us out. this isn't really controllable by the host, but although I would absolutely recommend the place, its not ideal for light sleepers. the road is relatively busy and people drive down it all night and the cars/ people/ animals aren't very quiet.

Maria's place was fantastic. It was right on the beach, which we almost always had completely to ourselves. It is just a short drive into town where there is a great little panderia as well as a small supermarket. The drive to several restaurants and up to Rincon is super easy as well. I wish we would have had another week to spend there.

Two Apartments on the Beach with Gazebo- Paradise

We had a great stay at the Sea Turtle Beach Apartments at La Playa. We reserved the apartments about 10 months ahead, and Wilson was very responsive right from the beginning. The yard with volleyball and the huge pavillion were where we spent most of our time and were just wonderful. We also spent time out at the beach and walked up and down it a bit. We rarely saw anyone on the beach. It was a very private location. We headed into Rincon a few times during our stay to take in the culture and the sites. One of our favorite stops was up at Steps Beach where we went snorkeling and saw lots of coral and many beautiful fish. We highly recommend it! Overall, Wilson's place was exactly as described, great for our group of eight and would have been great for a group twice our size as well. It's nice because you have the option of just staying on the property and taking advantage everything it has to offer, but there are also many nice places for day visits in the area.

Wilson and Christine were amazing hosts. We were there during Ernesto and they worked incredibly hard to make sure the property was ready for us in spite of the storm. They are extremely responsive and helpful as hosts and their property is exceptional. The apartments had everything we needed and more. Between the gazebo, firepit, kayaks, volleyball, and beachfront access, there was something for everyone. My family was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyed every amenity that the property had to offer. We have already decided that we can't wait to return again for a longer stay.

We got to meet Maria and her mother when we arrived. They are so kind and both made us feel welcome. Marias place was perfect for our stay. It had everything you need, and nothing you don't. The beach is literally right there and with so much privacy! Be sure to check our Snuffy's for fresh bread twice a day - they also sell water, canned goods, donuts and they make an amazing hot sandwich! We did our big shopping at FamCoop, which is about 15 minutes away and has everything from fresh veggies, liquor and kitchen basics. We used the BBQ and onsite laundry at Marias, both were great. We took some daytrips to the Rincon beaches & did some shopping in Mayaguez. Marias place was clean and cozy. The AC and fans were great and wifi was excellent. We HOPE to visit again.
