This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Cozy and fully-equipped boutique apartment facing the sea with direct beach access (10 meters). Ideal for sea lovers. Well-lit and with incredible views. The apartment is on the first floor, with direct and private entry. Features a bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m and a sofa. Living room, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need, a bar to enjoy the views and a large and comfortable bathroom, as well as a washer-dryer, clothesline and towel warmer. In the south of Tenerife it is warm all year round so the pool can always be used, without the need for it to be heated. The villa has wifi and all the necessary amenities for a great stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.
