This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.
