This well-appointed, stylish home features a private pool, terrace, and access to the beach club (including use of the golf course). On the 1st floor, the villa has 1 bedroom (has queen size bed), a full bathroom, modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room (full size futon available) where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. For your convenience there is unlimited WIFI and 2 televisions with over 140+ channels in both English and Spanish. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one king sized beds), each with their own bathroom. The terrace off of the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large hot tub. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day. Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find our pool (and pool floats), a BBQ grill, 2 lounge chairs and other seating. Nearby are Casa de Campo, La Romana, San Pedro de Macoris, Bayahibe and Juan Dolio where you can book day trips, excursions and other activities. *Our electric, 6 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $35.00 (USD) per day and if rented, it must be for the entirety of your stay at our home. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around! *Please Note: We have a strict no pets policy (with the execption of ADA and FHA certified service animals). Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, even temporarily, without our prior written approval. If a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will be charged whether or not there are damages caused by the unauthorized pet.
