Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

There is a good underground parking for a car in this house, which is important for this area. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is on a quiet street. The apartment consists of wo bedrooms for 4 people, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony with a view on the Habaneras street full of palm-trees. The balcony is quite like a room to enjoy your dinner there!

There is air conditioning cold/heat. The dining area has a nice partial ocean view where its proximity is 35 meters from the glazed balcony. On the rooftop there is a communal area to tender. Also from 15.06 to 15.09 the pool with panoramic sea view is available!
