Guests can leave their vehicles in the parking area and enjoy the beach and promenade on foot.

Lovely apartment in the port of Estepona with amazing sea views, town views and pool. Located 3 min walk from Rada Beach and 5 min walk from Cristo Beach (top beach of Costa del Sol), as well as a 10 min walk on the promenade to the old town. Surrounded by all types of amenities, busses and supermarkets, the apartment is in the heart of the port with great restaurants, bars and terraces. The apartment can host 3 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

On Estepona's newly remodeled promenade, without road traffic, completely pedestrianized, traffic-free and smoke-free. Surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and all kinds of services to make the most of your stay in Estepona. You will have private parking lots nearby, as well as municipal parking lots at a cost of 3 euros per day.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with light-colored bedding and decorative pillows. A tall wardrobe with mirrored doors is positioned nearby, while a bedside lamp and nightstand complete the arrangement. The PLAYA ESCOLLERA apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Located between the port and the old town, it is cozy, bright and very sunny, especially in winter.
