The location is unique, with direct access to the beach from the complex itself, bringing you closer to nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m, a wardrobe, shoe rack and dresser with drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2m and a desk from where you can see the pool and solarium area while resting. The living room has a four-seat sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from where you can not only see the sea but also hear it. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave oven and small appliances such as a juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, griddle and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer for a small fee. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four Jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all the safety systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. Gran Canaria's sports offer is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, devoid of extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing...) And for nature lovers, the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world, making it worthy of the description of "miniature continent". Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. I am an open and outgoing person with various interests, willing to share my favorite corners of the island and the best restaurants. On the beachfront, the apartment has direct access to the sea through its generous common areas with a swimming pool.

The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Seafront apartment, first line.

Cosy frontline beach apartment . Consists of two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. It features a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine. It also has two balconies, one of which overlooks the beach and the pool/jacuzzi, located on a big solarium that sees the sun all year round, surrounded by lovely garden areas. You just can't get a whole lot closer to the sea without being in it!

At the El Lomito property, you'll be immersed in nature. We offer you the best views of El Nublo Natural Park where you can appreciate the grandeur of Roque Nublo, one of our best tourist attractions. The area offers several hiking trails and a wide range of typical Canarian cuisine. The Canarian skies offer a spectacular view of the stars that will make you feel like an astronaut without leaving the ground.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
