Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

El piso estaba espectacular. Es mucho más bonito y acogedor en persona que en las fotos. Nos ha encantado el pueblo, muy bien situado y un supermercado a menos de 1min a pie. La cocina totalmente equipada y todo muy limpio. Nos ha encantado todo. Si buscas hacer turismo por Asturias, es la zona perfecta porque está en el punto medio de todo. Y el anfitrión, Antonio, muy pendiente a todo y amable. La verdad que nos vamos súper contentas!!!!

Das Appartement von Maria ist sehr hübsch und gemütlich - und mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und neu. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war super, vielen Dank für die vielen Tipps. Ich würde das Apartment immer wieder buchen. Danke, Maria!

Place was amazing absolutely had everything to make you feel at home... All the little details and comforts were greatly appreciated... Would stay there next time we are in the city...🥰

Very nice flat and Daniele a great host...a few little issues...for us the walk down to the beach...or should I say the walk back up... was just too steep (we are 60 but reasonably fit)...the TV didn't work to enable Netflix/Prime (we did say but it couldn't be fixed) turning the car round was V difficult when the other flat occupier parked in the turning spot, the sofa (a sofa bed) was uncomfortable for sitting and quite worn... sorry to be a bit critical because overall we had a great time! It's such a beautiful area.

I really enjoyed my time in the apartment. The location is really beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach. Such a cute and calm town. It was really nice to have a private garage for the car. A big plus was the shower which is really comfortable. For me the bed was a bit hard but that is something I have experienced more in Spain, just a matter of taste. I would definitely come back!

El alojamiento en sí es fantástico. Tal y como se ve en las imágenes: limpio, completo, confortable y acogedor. Muy bien comunicado para visitar multitud de lugares de la zona. Con supermercado y gasolinera cercanos. Y el trato de Daniel, exquisito. Muy buena comunicación, siempre atento a todo. Y con unos detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen.

Muy buenos anfitriones, si tenéis alguna consulta contestan muy rápido, nos recomendaron algún sitio para visitar y el alojamiento estaba en buenas condiciones. Sitio tranquilo, muy contentos.

Han sido anfitriones inmejorables. El piso es exactamente como en las fotos, con instrucciones claras y sencillas, con el detalle de habernos dejado plato y chuches para los perros. El piso ha sido ideal para nuestros niños de 3 y 5 años. Es un segundo sin ascensor pero las escaleras son bajitas y el pequeño las ha subido y bajado con facilidad y, como la calle es peatonal, ha tenido libertad directamente en la calle. Todo a 10 minutos o menos: playa, parque infantiles, aparcamiento, comercios y bares y restaurantes.

Sauber, gemütlich, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vanesa, alles vorhanden, nah zum Atlantik, guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. ABER, das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist im internationalen Vergleich für 2 erwachsene Personen viel zu klein und die Matratze zu unbequem und sollte unbedingt erneuert werden.

Hemos estado un fin de semana con nuestra mascota en el alojamiento de Luisa y ha estado genial. Un lugar muy tranquilo donde descansar y a la vez cercano al centro del pueblo. Luisa siempre estuvo pendiente y con mucha disposición. Volveremos seguro.

Todo perfecto. Selina nos envio unos días antes ubicación, sitios de interés, locales para comer....un montón de informacion. El apartamento estaba limpísimo y tenía de todo. Selina encantadora. Un placer esta reserva.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Örtchen. Man hatte einen privaten Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Von der Wohnung hatte man einen Ausblick auf Berge und Meer. Bei unserer Ankuft wurden wir persönlich empfangen und bekamen eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Umgebung. Der Strand war grade mal 10min fußläufig entfernt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos andando del puerto. Está totalmente reformada, es idéntica a cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hay un supermercado justo al lado, una panadería.. El tener garaje es un alivio porque sería muy complicado poder aparcar en la calle.. A mí me ha gustado mucho y he estado muy agusto.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Leider konnten wir fast nie an der Strasse parkieren da alle Parkplätze immer besetzt waren. Wir mussten ca. 7min (Fussweg) parkieren. Ansonsten war alles wirklich perfekt!

Ap 9 is really private and has lovely outside space. Such a beautiful location with lots of lovely towns/walks nearby. Host is helpful and friendly.
