Se alquila por semanas preferentemente. Alquilamos sólo a huéspedes con foto y con la identificación personal reconocida por Airbnb. Dos bar/restaurantes a 5 minutos.

Casa Rouco is located in a tiny village by the sea, perfect for a peaceful getaway, just 15 mins off Cudillero and surrounded by picturesque hiking trails and beautiful beaches, like Playa del Silencio. With the highway just 5 mins away, it's perfect as a base to discover Asturias. The house is roomy, with views of the sea on one side and the hills on the other, a big balcony and a porch where you can dine and a big private garden where you can sunbathe and relax and the children can play.

Desconecta de la rutina en esta casita cómoda y relajante. Nuestra casa está ubicada dentro del Parque natural de Somiedo, en la aldea de La Peral. La casa tiene una estancia abierta que combina cocina, sala y comedor y dos habitaciones dobles (una con una cama doble y la otra con dos camas individuales) y el baño con ducha. Un montón de posibilidades de parajes naturales, excursiones y trekking rodean nuestra cálida estancia. La pequeña aldea es muy acogedora.
