Two double bedrooms, and one single, with built-in wardrobes, a living room with a sofa, a large covered terrace, a large fully equipped kitchen, with a pantry, and a full bathroom with a shower. Coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, iron, hairdryer...

My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

Places of interest: Oliva is a town with 10 km of fine sandy beaches, some with natural dunes. The apartment is located in a chalet located in a very quiet residential area close to the beaches (just under 1 km) and to the village and shopping area (400m). From the apartment's terrace located on the first floor of the chalet, the views are beautiful, to the pool and mountain. My accommodation is especially suitable for couples or families with a child.

Cozy apartment on Oliva Beach (Valencia), in the Pau Pi residential area. It is located one block from the beach and also has a community pool. Entertainment venues are just a few meters away, such as restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, a pharmacy, and a grocery store. It has a large glazed terrace overlooking the street, making it a perfect place to enjoy a nice dinner or breakfast.
