TropicalBlue is a pleasant villa in an excellent location situated at 2 minutes walking distance to Meloneras beach and an easy 20 minute walk along the promenade to the main beach in Maspolomas. Next to golf course and Masplomas broadwalk full of leasure activities. Complex has large swimming pool, kids pool & jacuzzi. TropicalBlue can accommodate up to 4 guests with two bedrooms at the second floor. You will find a beautiful garden to just chill, sunbathing as well as enjoy dinners outside.

Wunderschön gelegenes, stilvoll-individuell bebautes Grundstück zu vermieten. Das Grundstück liegt abseits vom Hochtourismus in einem Barranco und bietet Ruhe und Freiheit für Individualisten.  Es ist nur 4 Autominuten vom Meer und Supermarkt entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Pflanzen-Oase inmitten einer typisch canarischen Vulkan-Gesteinslandschaft mit Meerblick. Das Wohngrundstück ist auf zwei Terrassen in den Hang gebaut. Die beiden Terrassen sind mit einer Aussentreppe miteinander verbunden.

En nuestro alojamiento, totalmente reformado y a estrenar encontrará los máximos detalles para que su estancia sea perfecta. Disponemos de 2 Bicicletas, aire acondicionado, tv con mas de 300 canales, wifi de alta velocidad, lavadora, lavavajillas y los pequeños electrodomésticos necesarios. Maspalomas está en una ubicación privilegiada donde poder disfrutar del relax de sus inmensas playas y al mismo tiempo poder visitar las mejores zonas de ocio de la isla. El complejo está cerca de todo.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Arguineguin Bay Apartments

We are located on the front line in Playa de Arguineguin, a fishing village and without doubt one of the most charming and picturesque southern Gran Canaria places. The apartments are decorated in a modern and comfortable style, have two cozy bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, bathroom, a comfortable living room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a sunny terrace to enjoy anytime and spectacular views the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
