The great happiness

Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

VACATION ON A SAILBOAT

# Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.

Costa Luz Sirens Beach

Unique apartment completely renovated in a very quiet residential complex. It stands out for its very first beachfront (one of the doors opens directly onto the sand of the beautiful Los Pocillos beach). It also has a heated and private pool inside the complex. On the other hand, it has all the amenities (bars, restaurants, shops or supermarkets just 50 meters away) as another of the complex's doors is located on the same avenue in Puerto del Carmen.

There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
