Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer.
