This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

According to many guests, it is “one of the apartments with the best view in El Médano.” From the balcony, enjoy Montaña Roja and Leocadio Machado Beach, a paradise for kite surfing and windsurfing. Perfect location: street access from Calle La Gaviota and from the seafront promenade via elevator. At the end of the day, you can relax on the sofa and let the sea breeze pamper you, dine at one of the many local restaurants, or simply have a drink at a seaside bar.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Romantic apartment for four people in Golf del Sur, 5 minutes from the beach and the promenade with sea views. In Fairway Village, this apartment, located on the first floor with an independent entrance, offers an exceptional view of the Ocean and Teide. The apartment is located on the upper floors of a building on the seafront. Two-room apartment with spectacular ocean views consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a king-size double bed. Located in Los Cristianos, 10 minutes from the port and the center. The complex has a swimming pool and solarium. Nearby are wonderful beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
