Our stay at Juan's went very well. He is very friendly and available. The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and with a shared pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing vacation. For more logistical ease, it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Very beautiful farm, quiet, with all the amenities, although it is true that it does not have air conditioning, we have come in the middle of August and still much less warm than in Madrid, so for us very well. The pool is open at night, to cool off, we were able to barbecue, there were restaurants relatively close (by car), we came to tour the Costa Blanca, so excellent starting point the location of the estate. The host was pending to agree on arrival, easy check-in and check-out. 👌 We hope to repeat soon. Thank you very much Tina!

Highly recommended! Fantastic location! Absolutely fantastic value for money when compared to other places. The hosts (Jose and Emilia) are fantastic and are really responsive if you need them - we didn't, as everything was perfect. I would stay again without hesitating. You will not be disappointed if you book this apartment. We loved the little gift left for us in the fridge xx

I never met Andrea but she was always prompt in responding to messages and even tips on local activities. Cleaning was good and in the evenings you could see sunset from the balcony. 5-10 minutes walk to both bus station and beach. If you want to go outside Santa Pola, a car is recommended but there are buses every hour to ex. Alicante. The travel time with local bus to Alicante takes 1 hour. The space was great and affordable. Would definitely consider staying with Andrea again if I'm going to Santa Pola.

Pedro is a 5 star host, he met us on arrival with a smile even though we had been delayed numerous times by flights and then the car hire. He walked us round his charming and well appointed apartment. He then left us alone to enjoy our holiday, contacting us a few days before departure to detail how we lock up and leave, even allowing us to leave a little later as we had a night flight. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the community is secure, very well looked after, and the other residents were all very friendly. We were very well located with the fabulous beach of Mil Palmeras within a simple walk, and a good supermarket Dial Prix also within an easy walk. Restaurants can be found to the left at Plaza Generalisimo or to the right at Mil Palmeras. We will definitely be coming again….Thanks Pedro

I was with my partner for a couple of days and the place was beautiful, very quiet and ideal to disconnect. The house was very clean and just like the photos. The host family was very nice, they gave us many directions to restaurants, things to do and supermarkets nearby. We were delighted with the experience, we would definitely repeat it!

We couldn't have asked for a better place! We traveled with 2 kids and asked for a crib and baby feeding chair which was provided. I was working from my laptop in the apartment during weekdays as a software developer and the internet was good (~250Mbps).

We had a great time, just like the ad says. It was very clean and well-equipped, great for getting around by car because it's a neighborhood with a lot of hills. What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
