The facilities in an unbeatable condition, very good location and incredible service.

Monica took me out of an emergency in the early morning (12am), allowed me to stay in her apartment with my family, she responded despite not being a due time and we finalized the stay very quickly, I appreciate the trust she had. In addition to that the apartment was impeccable I was very pleased, she made available basic items necessary for the guest such as soap, shampoo, coffee, Sugar, Salt, Oral Enjuague, washing detergent, paper, drinking water and she was always attentive to her and her husband, even helped us in a problem that was presented to us with the car. This is why I definitely recommend this place to the community.

I received excellent attention from Daniela and Rafa since arrival and throughout the stay in the apartment. The place is great with a nice view, very comfortable and with good accessibility to different places in the city. I would repeat when I come back to Puerto la Cruz🤗. It was what I expected, a quiet area on the shore of the beach with convenience stores quite close, equally the Lecheria area is ideal for night outings to all kinds of locals

Two sisters as excellent hosts very attentive at all times and prompt response. The property in excellent location is an ideal place for enjoyment and with a spectacular 24-hour view that allows you total relaxation, ideal to be in total contact with an exceptional sea. Peace and quiet in a place with everything close for all tastes.

A wonderful stay. The apartment has all the amenities you need for your trip and more. Quite modern and clean, the apartment has an exit to the beach boulevard where you can see the sunset. It also has an amazing pool area. 100% recommended and I would come back.

Comfortable apartment and facilities in the residential complex! I would just add for more and better comfort an extra water tank or a larger capacity one and a few better pots in the kitchen; everything else was very good! It was still a pleasant stay that I hope to repeat soon!

The building has a beautiful garden, a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. It really exceeded our expectations. Ivonn is an excellent host, very friendly, willing to help in any way she can, she was super attentive at all times and helped me wait at the entrance, which was very late because my ferry was delayed, her apartment is impeccable, very comfortable, beautiful, everything is the same as in the photos, the complex is very quiet and safe, very conveniently located, close to many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, the pool is very nice and with access to the beach, I would definitely stay in her apartment again.
