Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 15-20 min tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

I just needed a few nights away with my dogs and this was perfect. The house is tucked back in the woods and very private. Perfect for a camp fire and hanging out. No activities for during the day and there is a large area that gets pretty muddy. It’s literally in the forest. Suited my stay perfectly and the dogs were free to roam. Owner is super quick to respond!

Marie Josée's accommodation is great, very cozy, there are the basics in the house, the view is amazing and the house is very peaceful. We went there in the middle of winter, with our children: the river is frozen and snowy, the landscape is beautiful and a great playground for children. The cottage is very close to Omega Park, as well as the Kenauk Nature Reserve. Marie Josée is very friendly, accommodating and super responsive to our requests! We recommend it without a second thought, a weekend, it was too short!

A laundry area features a white washing machine and dryer with control dials prominently displayed. Above, light wooden cabinets provide storage space, and the room is accented by hardwood flooring, enhancing the clean and organized appearance.

The serene lake view, the perfectly stocked kitchen, and the immaculate cleanliness all contributed to an unforgettable stay. You can feel the warmth and care in every detail. The hosts were also fantastic, with quick and kind communication. They even helped us retrieve keys we'd accidentally left behind! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this incredible retreat.
