It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Family Harmony

Welcome to Family Harmony, a comfortable apartment for up to 5 guests, located in the peaceful village of Plano, close to Split and Trogir. The apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Guests can relax in the 12.5 m heated pool (approx. 26°C) with back massage jets, a central geyser, and lounge chairs with air massage. A separate children’s pool (22 cm depth) is also available, making it perfect for families.
