The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

The Owls' House

In Champagne at the gates of Burgundy, discover our new renovated house for a relaxing stay for the whole family, where you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, shared patio, garden and private entrance. This house is located in the property of the Villa des Chouettes near the vineyards, amusement park, Troyes, Lake of the Orient Forest.
