Comfortable studio, in a secure residence. Air conditioning, sofa bed, TV/internet, large balcony. The studio is in a lively and dynamic area: L'Ermitage. Ideal for enjoying the Ermitage lagoon which is 200 m/5 min walk away. Sunday morning market right next door. Quiet residence: no parties or events, thank you.

My place is unpretentious, close to the beach (10/15min walk), family-friendly activities, shops, nightlife and public transportation. You'll appreciate it for its location and layout. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE: The accommodation is not in a particularly idyllic location, but it is quiet, functional and ideal for enjoying the lagoon.
